I bought the skymaster for travelling around thailand. Have just bought a second for my husband as it doubles as a backpack and you use it like as suitcase. I travel all the time and find this bag holds alot and is perfect for carry on.

This is excellent to use as an airline carryon bag when you want to keep your hands free, but don't want a 'hiking' look backpack. Very spacious, comfortable straps that pack away if you want to just carry by the handle or put it through checkin baggage

The Caribee Skymaster 40 is a terrific carry on approved bag - glad you like it as much as we do!

After numerous emails and phone calls over a number of weeks, I finally got a wonderful customer service person (can't remember name - but it was a female) who had the strap delivered to me the next day...

So, service swayed from great - to really bad - and back to great....so I've given you a good.
