How much is shipping?

If your order is over $100 then your order will be shipped free to anywhere in Australia. If your order is under $100 then you will be charged a $5 shipping fee.

What if I need my order very urgently?

Contact us by email or phone as we can arrange Express Post or same day courier to some areas.

Do I need to be at home to accept my order?

Yes, a signature will be required. If you are not at home your order will be available for collection at your nearest Post Office. You may wish to organise delivery to your work address if this is more convenient.

If you have found any lower advertised price than ours, then please call 02 96999 747 or e-mail us and we will beat any competitors price by 5%. This must be from an Australian website
and must be the same version and colour. Also please note that we don't charge shipping for orders over $100 so make sure that the price is lower than ours after their shipping fees, the price we will beat will include their shipping fees where applicable. You will be given a unique code to enter online to alter the price.
