Back Pillow tip:

Do not overinflate.

Try 50-75% inflation to allow molding to your shape.

Back Pillow inflation / deflation instructions:

The inflating mouthpiece has a special valve to prevent air loss. When inflating, open the mouthpiece by squeezing it with your teeth or fingers.
When deflating, squeeze the mouthpiece while flattening the cushion.
